Mike Newell has agreed to direct Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, the fourth film. Newell is known for directing such critical and popular successes as Four Weddings and A Funeral, Enchanted April and Donnie Brasco. Production on Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is scheduled to begin in England in April, 2004.

I agree with Gryffindor why should it be directed by an American director, when an english author wrote it, lets bring it back!

I can't wait until the fourth film is out!! Well, the third film too. Will they cut loads out of it though? Coz its rather long!

in regared to my last. I also bileve that Cris Columbus should film once more. Because this new guy dose not do a good job." I seen the trealer" so not giving the new guy a hard time because thats hard. being the new guy. and i wish him the best of luck in his carrer but i wish he wold get out. i dont now. maby it wont be so bad. well have a great day!
