Dursley home up for sale

Sarah Smith, the real owner of the house used as 4 Privet Drive in the films, has put the house up for sale. Located in Bracknell, Berkshire, the house - which includes the famous cupboard under the stairs - is due to be auctioned at a guide price of 250,000 pounds sterling.

I bet they're just selling the house now because Harry Potter is so popular they think they will get a lot of money for it and they probably will. If they tried to sell it before Harry Potter they'd probably get half as much.
