It’s just speculation, but according to Professor James Krasner, who teaches literature at the University of New Hampshire, Harry won’t die in the Deathly Hallows:
Why won’t Harry die? Because it would be a worse story if Harry died, and she’s a good writer. The genre she’s writing in (the British school drama), the main character doesn’t die. (source)
Then again, only our girl JK Rowling really knows at this point.
